There are 3 levels of start-up for you to choose from:
- Package 1) The Fresh Start Compliance Package

This is a live onboarding system that gives you a Fresh Start and new control of critical processes impacting your labor compliance in the hiring of new employees with government forms; I9, W4, 8850, EEO, Veteran Status forms and any state requirements you might have.
- To upgrade to the The Fresh Start Compliance Package simply Email your Street Address and FEIN to ‘setup@FastrackOnboard.com’.
- The Labor Compliance one-time setup fee is $500.
- HRIS Database Hosting is $99 per month, which includes 5 hires each month.
- Document management is $10 per hire.
- Your The Fresh Start Compliance Package will be active within 3-5 business days.
- Package 2) Grand Master Labor Compliance Package

Included documents are your company policy disclosures and acknowledgments, the state, county, and city specific forms required for your business, I9, W4, 8850, and your employee handbook.
- To get started simply email your Employee Policy Handbook, Job Application, and Hiring Packet to ‘Setup@FastrackOnboard.com‘.
- The Labor Compliance one-time setup fee is $1,500.
- HRIS Database Hosting is $299 per month, which includes 10 hires per month. Unused hires are carried forward.
- Document management is $15 per hire.
- Your customized Job Hub, the recruiting center, is included without any additional expense.
- Your Grand Master Labor Compliance Package will be active in 1-4 weeks, depending on the size of your hiring packet and the complexity of your processes.
- Program 3) Enterprise Compliance Package

If you hire more than 3,000 employees per year, then you need to request your own package from FastrackOnboard.
